  1. WELCOME – The Chair to welcome all to the meeting and introduce Councillors present.
  2. APOLOGIES FOR ABSENCE – To accept apologies for absence, submitted to the Clerk prior to the start of the meeting.

  1. MAINTENANCE OF PUBLIC AMENITY LAND AND OPEN SPACE – To discuss maintenance issues in the area and to provide any update on landscaping works on verges located on Milton Keynes City Council adopted highway.
  2. DECISIONS MADE UNDER THE COUNCIL’S ADOPTED SCHEME OF DELEGATED AUTHORITY – To accept the decisions made between this meeting and the previous meeting.
  3. CO-OPTION TO VACANT SEAT ON THE COUNCIL – The Council to consider advertising for the vacant seat on the Council and to agree deadlines for the receipt of applications.

  1. COMMUNITY INFRASTRUCTURE FUND
    • Community Infrastructure Fund 2023/2024 and 2024/2025 – To receive an update on projects that have been match funded from the Community Infrastructure Fund in 2023/2024 and 2024/2025.
  1. DRAFT BIODIVERSITY POLICY – In accordance with the 2021 Environmental Act, the Council to consider adopting a Bio-Diversity Policy and consider what it can do to conserve and enhance biodiversity. 2024-04-18_ITEM12_DRAFT BIO-DIVERISTY POLICY

  4. ANNUAL PARISH MEETING – To consider agenda items for the Annual Parish Meeting that will take place on Thursday 30 March 2024.
  5. PLANNING APPLICATIONS – The Council is asked to consider making comment to Milton Keynes City Council on Planning Application 24/00573/DISCON – Parcels AA. AC, AE of Area 10.4A, Watling Street, H3 to H4 – Approval of details requested by Conditions 23 (Soils Action Plan) and 26 (Landscape Protection Action Plan) of permission ref: 05/00291/MKPCO.
