We’re pleased to announce that we’ve installed the second life-saving equipment in Whitehouse, this time at The Hive. This equipment could make the difference in an emergency, and we’re proud to have partnered with Councillor Joe Hearnshaw, and TS Electrical to bring this equipment to the community of Whitehouse.
Where is it?
It’s at the front entrance of The Hive, our new community centre. https://w3w.co/destiny.whisker.padlock It’s accessible 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
How do I access it?
You must dial 999 and request an ambulance. The operator will provide you with the access code for the cabinet, as well as sending an emergency ambulance.
What’s in the kit?
There’s an Automated External Defibrillator, and a Bleed Control Kit.
Who has provided this?
- Whitehouse Community Council funded the secure cabinet & defibrillator
- Ward Councillor Joe Hearnshaw funded the bleed control kit
- TS Electrical kindly installed everything at their own cost
This is the second life-saving kit we have installed, with the first being at Whitehouse Primary School
