A Parish Councillor vacancy has arisen and will be filled by co-option. If you are interested in serving our community, you must be able to attend evening meetings at least once a month, have a genuine desire to represent the views of our community through involvement in local decision-making.

Interviews will be held during July 2021
Eligibility:
18 years of age, or over, and be a British subject or citizen of the Republic of Ireland
and either:
- be a local government elector of the parish; or
- have during the whole of the twelve months preceding the day on which he/she is nominated as a candidate occupied as owner or tenant any land or other premises in the parish; or
- his/her principal or only place of work, in the twelve months preceding the day on which he/she is nominated as a candidate, is located in the parish; or
- has resided either in the parish or within 3 miles thereof during the whole of the 12 months preceding the day on which he is nominated as a candidate.
