- WELCOME – The Chair to welcome all to the meeting and introduce Councillors present.
- APOLOGIES FOR ABSENCE – To accept apologies for absence, submitted to the Clerk prior to the start of the meeting.
- DECLARATIONS OF INTERESTS – Councillors to declare any personal, prejudicial or pecuniary interest they may have in respect of any items on the agenda.

- COMMUNITY LARDER AT THE HIVE – The Council to consider supporting a community Larder at The Hive. Tracey Pearson from SOFEA will be attending the meeting to provide more detail about how a community larder could benefit our residents and how the Council could set up at the Hive.
- DECISIONS MADE UNDER THE COUNCIL’S ADOPTED SCHEME OF DELEGATED AUTHORITY – To accept the decisions made under the Council’s adopted scheme of delegated authority, made between this and the previous meeting.
- WHITEHOUSE COMMUNITY MEETING PLACE – TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP FROM MILTON KEYNES CITY COUNCIL TO WHITEHOUSE COMMUNITY COUNCIL – TENANCY AT WILL – To approve and to sign a Tenancy At Will, that will allow the Council occupancy of the community centre in the short-term, pending a formal transfer of the freehold from Milton Keynes City Council to Whitehouse Community Council. - WHITEHOUSE COMMUNITY COUNCIL – CHANGE OF OFFICIAL ADDRESS – To change the official address of Whitehouse Community Council to The Hive and to make a non-confidential change to staff contracts to identify that the place of work is from The Hive.
- AUTHORISATION OF PAYMENTS – To authorise payments made and to be made.
- PLANNING APPLICATIONS – The Council to consider making comment on any planning applications that have been validated and out for consultation (at the time of printing the agenda, the Milton Keynes Planning Portal was not available due to updates on the system. Details to follow.
- EXCLUSION OF PRESS AND PUBLIC – In accordance with the Public Bodies (Admission to Members) Act 1960, the Council to resolve to exclude the press and public for Agenda Item 12 (Cleaning Contract) due to the confidential nature of the item to be transacted, in that the item contains information and details of costs and negotiations relating to contracts.
- CLEANING CONTRACT – The Council to receive quotes for the cleaning contract at The Hive.
