  1. MAINTENANCE OF PUBLIC AMENITY LAND AND OPEN SPACE – To discuss maintenance issues in the area and to provide any update on landscaping works on verges located on Milton Keynes City Council adopted highway. 2024_02-15_ITEM06_ADOPTED HIGHWAY (LANDSCAPING) IN WHITEHOUSE

  3. COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT PROGRAMME 2024/2025 – To receive an update on the Council’s community engagement programme 2024/2025.
  4. INSTALLATION OF TODDLER PLAY EQUIPMENT AT WHITEHOUSE PARK – To receive an update on the progress of installing toddler-aged play equipment at Whitehouse Park following the news of a successful MKCC Community Infrastructure Fund (CIF) application for £15,000 match funding.

  7. COUNCILLOR ALLOWANCES – The Council to receive the report of the Independent Renumeration Panel and consider the award of Councillor Allowances as from 2024/2025.

  1. PLANNING APPLICATIONS – The Council is asked to consider making comment to Milton Keynes City Council on the planning applications below:
  • Application 24/00043/DISCON – WEA Area 10-1 to 10-3 Watling Street, H3 to H4 – Approval of details required by Condition 3 (External Facing and Surfacing Materials and Fencing) of permission reference 12/00677/MKPCR
  • Application 24/00095/REMM – Parcel W, Land off Watling Street (V4) WEA (‘Fairfield’ – Areas 10.1-10.3) – Variation of Condition 1 (Approved Drawings and Details) seeking to change plots 34, 35, 60 and 61 from Vyne Housetypes to Parham Housetypes (same footprint) and amend roof design of plots 36, and 62 to accommodate change in roof heights of plots 34, 35, 60 and 61 relating to permission reference 22/02405/REM.
